There are a multitude of vendors that sell this deliciously fun fair food. Some corndog vendors, like Vose's, have been around for more than 45 years serving corndogs to fairgoers.

Corndogs are so popular at the Illinois State Fair that some organizations use the popular food to help with fundraising causes. Case in point, the Illinois State Fair Museum Foundation's Corndog Kickoff. The annual benefit and food grazing party includes live and silent auctions, local entertainment, and of course -- CORNDOGS! Funds raised from the event benefit the Illinois State Fair Museum Foundation building fund.
